The Tekeyan Trust (registered charity No 27842 since 1979), the Tekeyan Cultural Association of London (established 1975) and the Tekeyan Centre Fund (Yerevan) are proud to present the Komitas Choir, named after one of the founders of Armenian classical music, the first Armenian professional choir in the UK.

The planned activities of the Choir in cooperation with TCA London are:

1. To organize concerts in London and in other Armenian community centres in the UK & Ireland
2. To visit European Armenian communities as well as Armenia
3. To participate in a number of International concerts and festivals
4. To promote Armenian musical culture

The Komitas Choir’s repertory includes a wide variety of songs including folk, classical, spiritual, international.
